Full inspections of villas, apartments, and shops that have completed modifications and finished works to ensure there are no violations
Monitoring and documenting violations, taking measures to freeze any work in progress that is violating El Rehab and Cilia cities standards
Supervising work progress related to public facilities and installations including design and implementation, in accordance with the city's master plan.
Ensure that all procedures related swimming pools and elevators are met and aligned with construction approvals
Communicate with the technical department and the traffic consultant in case of requesting any unregular modifications
Ensure securing consulting report approved by the Engineers Syndicate
Ensure securing certificate of supervision of the implementation from a syndicate of engineering
Ensure securing and review architectural and structural engineering drawings from the same consultant for any additional work scope (swimming pool - rooftop annex)
