Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Aluminum Technical Head located in Maadi. Responsibilities include overseeing technical operations, providing expert technical support, analyzing workflows and processes, managing both technical team and on site team providing technical support, and fostering a collaborative environment. The role also involves training team members, driving process improvements, and ensuring operational efficiency with a focus on excellence and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate and improve technical processes
• Very Strong knowledge of different Aluminum system providers.
• Very Strong knowledge of aluminum profiles and their components.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication details.
• knowledge of cost estimation.
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation
• Proven experience in Technical Support and diagnosing complex issues
• Leadership abilities in Team Management, including direction, mentoring, and motivation
• Experience in Training team members on best practices and technical methodologies
• Proficiency with aluminium production processes and industry-specific tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical field is preferred
• Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving challenges
