Job Description

Position Purpose

The AMS, CMMS & Regulatory Compliance Documentation Lead is responsible for developing, standardizing, and maintaining all documentation required for a robust Asset Management System (AMS) aligned with ISO 55001 and Transport General Authority (TGA) regulations in KSA. The role also oversees CMMS (maximo) governance across all HHR subsystems.

Key Responsibilities

AMS Documentation & Regulatory Compliance

  • Develop and maintain AMS documentation aligned with ISO 55001 and TGA Guidance 10, 14, and 15.
  • Ensure full alignment with Incident Management Plan (IMP) Ed.6

CMMS Governance

  • Define asset hierarchies, codification, and data models.
  • Ensure full compliance with TGA asset register requirements.

Subsystem Responsibilities

  • OCS: asset structure, tension records, inspection protocols.
  • HVPS: transformers, breakers, SCADA-linked assets.
  • Telecom: fiber, radio, datacenters, CCTV.
  • Signaling: ERTMS/ETCS, interlockings, balises.
  • Systems: SCADA, ATS, OCC applications.
  • Track: rail, sleepers, ballast, turnouts.
  • Workshops: lifting jacks, cranes, lathes.
  • Stations Maintenance: HVAC, fire systems, vertical transport.
  • Rolling Stock: trainsets, diagnostic systems, lifecycle documentation.

Core Asset Management

  • Develop lifecycle strategies, criticality models, LCC, FMECA.
  • Maintain Emergency Risk Register.

Training & Coordination

  • Provide AMS/CMMS training and ensure alignment across departments.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree; 510 years in Asset Management and CMMS.
  • Knowledge of high-speed rail systems preferred.
