Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
u2022 Develop a comprehensive set of key performance indicators (KPIs) that accurately reflect revenue performance across various tiers of fleet services customer satisfaction, and service - adoption- for each tier of fleet solutions services.
u2022 Regularly review and update these KPIs to ensure they remain aligned with the evolving business goals and market conditions.
u2022 Implement robust data collection and analysis processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of KPI measurements.
u2022 Design and create interactive dashboards that provide real-time insights into performance metrics specific to fleet solution service.
u2022 Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and accessible to relevant stakeholders, enabling them to track performance against established targets.
u2022 Utilize advanced data visualization techniques to highlight key trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in fleet solutions service.
u2022 Conduct in-depth analysis of client usage patterns for fleet solutions services to identify trends, preferences, behaviours and opportunities for growth
u2022 Use this analysis to pinpoint potential upsell opportunities and develop targeted strategies to maximize revenue from fleet solution services.
u2022 Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement these strategies and monitor their effectiveness.

Minimum Qualification
u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in business administration, Data Science, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

u2022 6 years of experience in sales and customer service with least 3 years of experience in Retail Fuel industry.
u2022 KPI Development and Monitoring: Expertise in developing and tracking key performance indicators.
u2022 Dashboard Creation: Proficiency in creating and maintaining interactive dashboards for performance tracking.
u2022 Competitive Analysis: Ability to conduct thorough competitive analysis and provide actionable insights.
u2022 Reporting: Skilled in developing detailed reports with clear, actionable insights.
u2022 Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
u2022 Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
u2022 Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
