We're Hiring | Sourcing and Screening Specialist – eClerx Egypt

eClerx Egypt (Maadi) is looking for a Sourcing and Screening Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.

What you'll be doing:

Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
Screening CVs and conducting initial phone/video screenings
Assessing candidates against role requirements and qualifying them for recruiters
Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
Coordinating with recruiters to support hiring needs across accounts

What we're looking for:

0–1 year of experience in sourcing, screening, or recruitment (fresh graduates welcome)
Good English communication skills — written and verbal
Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
