We are working with a global investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, backed by significant capital to invest across strategic private equity and real assets. This is an exciting opportunity for an Analyst II / Analyst III in Investment Banking or a strategy consultant to make their move into private equity.
The firm invests in control stakes and also alongside leading global sponsors and asset managers offering strong exposure to global transactions.
What the job involves
- Involvement across the full transaction lifecycle, from origination and execution through to portfolio management
- Building and analysing financial models to support investment decision-making
- Leading specific workstreams, including diligence processes, and acting as a point of contact for management teams, industry experts, and investment partners
- Working on control transactions and alongside top-tier private equity firms and asset managers on co-investment opportunities
Who we are looking for
- Experience in an M&A or sector coverage team of an investment bank or the private equity ringfence of a leading strategy consulting firm
- Strong academic background from a top-tier university
- Commercially minded, with high professional standards and integrity
- Willingness and ability to relocate to the UAE on a full-time basis
