Our client, an outsourced investor relation firm based in Dubai, is looking to hire an Analyst to join its growing Sales Support team. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or candidate with 12 years of experience who is looking to build a long-term career in the alternative investments space within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
The role sits at the centre of the sales process, providing critical CRM, reporting, and roadshow coordination support to senior team members and global partners
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or 12 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience using DealCloud or similar CRM systems strongly preferred
- Background in Finance, Economics, or Business-related disciplines
- Exposure to alternative investments (Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, Hedge Funds) preferred but not required
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with large datasets
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, proactive, team-first environment with strong fiduciary responsibility to clients
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support global offices and partners
- Must be currently located in the UAE
Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Sales Process Oversight
- Oversee and support the full sales lifecycle through proactive CRM management
- Maintain and enhance CRM systems (DealCloud experience preferred) to effectively track: Investor data and activity, Pipeline prioritization, Probability assessments
- Expected ticket sizes and time horizons
- Ensure accurate and timely input of all investor interactions
- Create and run detailed reports and analytics from large datasets
- Deliver accurate reporting to internal stakeholders and investors in a timely manner
Roadshows & Meeting Coordination
- Interface closely with the Sales Support team to coordinate internal and external prospect meetings
- Manage scheduling and logistics for client roadshows across the region
- Prepare briefing materials and ensure seamless execution before, during, and after meetings
- Contribute to follow-ups and internal tracking post-engagement
Marketing & Presentation Support
- Assist in developing and refining standard marketing materials and presentations
- Support senior leadership in preparation for investor meetings and calls
