Proven excellent experience in administrating Ansible automation platform(AAP) including private automation hub.
Integrate Ansible with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and IT service management (ITSM) platforms.
Design and architect end-to-end automation solutions using Ansible Automation Platform, aligning with business and banking services
Design, develop, and maintain Ansible Playbooks, Roles, and Modules for automating IT operations and banking services.
Automate provisioning, configuration management, security patching, and system updates across critical banking infrastructure.
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure all automation workflows meet regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to infrastructure automation within highly secure, mission-critical environments.
Support disaster recovery and high-availability solutions through automation.
Maintain detailed and auditable documentation of automation processes as per banking standards.
Provide training, knowledge sharing, and support for Ansible and automation tools within IT teams.
Collaborate with IT Team to gather requirements, analyze existing infrastructure, and identify automation opportunities.
Lead the adoption of automation best practices, including code modularity, version control, and execution environments.
Integrate Ansible Automation Platform with other IT systems, tools, and cloud platforms as needed.
Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements such as security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Document architectures, workflows, and automation standards.
Design and develop pre-hook jobs for validations.
Experience on Hashicorp vault secret management.
Proven experience in podman administration (managing images, containers, creating customized images, managing networks etc).
