Your Role And Responsibilities
As an Application Developer specializing in SAP ABAP HANA, you will design, develop, and support application solutions with a focus on the HANA version of Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP). You will work on designing, developing, and re-engineering highly complex application components, integrating software packages, programs, and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design and Develop Applications: Design, develop, and support application solutions with a focus on HANA version of ABAP, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery of solutions.
- Integrate Software Packages: Integrate software packages, programs, and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms, leveraging knowledge of SAP HANA Technical Concept and Architecture.
- Re-engineer Application Components: Re-engineer highly complex application components to optimize performance and efficiency, utilizing Data Modelling using HANA Studio and ABAP Development Tools (ADT).
- Ensure Code Performance: Ensure code performance adheres to Code Performance Rules and Guidelines for SAP HANA, utilizing ADBC, Native SQL, and ABAP Core data Services.
- Consume HANA Live Models: Consume HANA Live models, leveraging knowledge of Data Base Procedures, Text Search, ALV on HANA, and HANA Live models consumption.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Minimum 8 years up to 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP HANA Development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Experience In Gathering And Analyzing Requirements.
Object Oriented Programming using ABAP Objects is required.
SAP HANA Technical Concept and Architecture knowledge needed, ABAP on Hana (CDS/OData/AMDP).
Development experience in WRICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Reports& Workflow).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Advanced in English (Speaking, Written).
Flexibility to work in different time zones.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
SAP certifications for mentioned role.
FIORI Development (freestyle, RAP & FIORI elements) is plus.
