Job Description
- Assess client needs and recommend customized technical solutions aligned with the company's product and service portfolio.
- Develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals that meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Support the creation of technical presentations, proposals, and supporting documentation for client engagements.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and on-time delivery.
- Track project progress and follow up to ensure compliance with agreed timelines and budget constraints.
- Provide feedback to support product enhancement and development based on customer insights.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and project documentation within internal systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Inside Sales and Application Engineer should have:
- A degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience working in the industrial or manufacturing sector with rotating equipment
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
