Role Overview
As a Junior SAP PP/QM, you will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and other SAP Modules to ensure seamless integration of SAP processes with NADECs operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP PP (Production Planning):
- Support day-to-day operations in SAP PP including MRP, work center management, BOMs, routing, and production orders.
- Handle support tickets and troubleshoot functional/configuration issues.
- Assist in enhancements and configuration changes based on business needs.
- Collaborate with production teams to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Conduct unit and integration testing for PP-related changes.
SAP QM (Quality Management):
- Support quality inspection processes, notifications, and quality certificates.
- Configure QM processes such as inspection lots, results recording, and defect management.
- Work with quality teams to ensure compliance with standards and streamline quality processes.
- Assist in implementing quality control points within production workflows.
- Assist in integrating Quality instruments with SAP QM for automated result analysis.
