Role Description The Application Supervisor (AI / LLM & .Net) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi, responsible for overseeing the design, development, deployment, and support of AI-driven and .Net-based applications. This position leads a technical team in implementing solutions that leverage AI and large language models, ensuring integration with existing enterprise systems and alignment with business and customer requirements. Day-to-day tasks include supervising application development activities, reviewing code and solution designs, coordinating with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, and ensuring adherence to security, performance, and compliance standards. The role also involves managing incident resolution and technical support for live applications, monitoring system performance, and driving continuous improvement and optimization. The Application Supervisor contributes to training and mentoring team members, documenting processes and best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, customer service, and infrastructure to deliver reliable technology solutions.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.

- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NETCore, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs.

- Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.

- Good knowledge of React or Angular.

- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent in English.
