Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Application Supervisor role based in Cairo, focused on AI/LLM and .Net applications. The Application Supervisor will oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of AI-driven and .Net-based solutions, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability. Daily responsibilities include supervising application support activities, troubleshooting incidents, coordinating with development teams, and managing integrations with existing systems. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and translate business needs into technical solutions. The Application Supervisor will also contribute to application security, documentation, and continuous improvement, while mentoring team members and supporting training initiatives related to AI/LLM and .Net technologies.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
- Good knowledge of React or Angular.
- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
