Application supervisor Position ( AI / LLM & .Net )

Role Description The Application Supervisor (AI / LLM & .Net) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi, responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of applications leveraging AI, large language models, and .Net technologies. The role includes supervising application development and support teams, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that solutions meet business requirements, performance standards, and security guidelines. Daily responsibilities involve reviewing technical designs, prioritizing and managing incidents and service requests, collaborating with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions, and monitoring system performance and reliability. The supervisor will guide the integration of AI and LLM capabilities into existing platforms, ensure proper documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes mentoring team members, facilitating training on new tools and technologies, and collaborating with customer service and technical support functions to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
- Good knowledge of React or Angular.
- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
