Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility for occasional remote work. As an Application Support Lead, you will oversee the technical and operational health of business applications, ensuring smooth and secure functionality. Responsibilities include managing application support requests, troubleshooting issues promptly, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical challenges, and analyzing system performance to recommend improvements. You'll also maintain documentation and provide technical guidance to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Application Support and Technical Support to manage and resolve technical challenges effectively.
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting to assess and address system performance and operational issues.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in managing hybrid work environments and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with emerging fintech trends and technologies is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
