Main responsibilities:
Support customer care, back-office and customers in incident resolution
Support in Apps and systems enhancement
Document and report repeated problems to the dev team to ensure having permanent solutions
Monitor, report and resolve system and server issues
Requirements
Minimum 3-year experience in IT/Telecom industry
Proficiency in ASP .Net Core is preferrable
Excellent problem solving skills with attention to details
High sense of ownership and commitment to strict timelines
