- Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
- Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in
- Application trouble shooting, configuration and maintenance.
- Application performance tuning and optimization
- Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
- Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis
- Experience in Workflow maintenance and Configuration.
- Experience in handling interface related issues and good idea about the Middleware systems like Bawaba/Open API/ Micro Services.
Skills
- Good knowledge in Java based applications.
- Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture.
- Good knowledge in Siebel Administration, Workflow Configuration, EAI and Siebel Tools.
- Hands on experience on Siebel EIM Module.
- Hands on experience in Unix Commands.
- Very good Knowledge in Oracle - SQL & PL/SQL.
Experience in OBIEE, Informatica & DAC will be added advantage.
