A semi-government organization is looking for a candidate to implement Information Technology plans, programs, and projects related to IT infrastructure, technical services, and network security, and contribute to the design, upgrade, and maintenance of internal and external networks to ensure efficiency, readiness, and continuity.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation of the IT Department's operational plan.
- Provide technical support to users and respond to inquiries efficiently and effectively in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and provide training on IT systems and applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems and associated services.
- Manage Active Directory, including user account creation and Group Policy management.
- Manage the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Provide support for enterprise applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance.
- Contribute to achieving quality objectives and continuous performance improvement.
- Communicate stakeholder-related feedback to the relevant departments.
- Support the development, documentation, and dissemination of organizational knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent related field.
- 4 years of experience in the same field.
- Professional Certifications are preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator, Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
