Applied behavior analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Applied Behavior Analyst. The role is on-site and located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Applied Behavior Analyst will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, monitoring client progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also involves providing guidance and education to parents and caregivers to support behavior management strategies in various settings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management techniques
• Strong foundation in Psychology and related behavioral principles
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Certified or licensed in Applied Behavior Analysis (e.g., BCBA certification) is preferred
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disorders or behavioral challenges is a plus
• Master's degree in Psychology, ABA, or a related field is desirable
