Role Description

This full-time remote role as an Appointment Setter involves connecting with leads, scheduling appointments, and assisting with day-to-day client outreach activities. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers through lead generation, managing appointment calendars, effectively communicating with prospects, and providing outstanding customer service to address inquiries. The Appointment Setter plays a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring their schedules are optimized and by nurturing client relationships.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling to manage and optimize schedules effectively
  • Experience in Lead Generation to identify and qualify potential clients
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with prospects and address client needs
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and scheduling tools is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in customer-facing positions is preferred
  • High level of organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously
