We are looking for motivated outbound dialers who is confident speaking on the phone and driven by performance.
This role involves calling UK-based leads, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments for a premium online health and performance coaching program that works with busy professionals and executives.
If you are energetic on the phone, coachable, and comfortable making a high volume of calls each day, this could be a strong opportunity.
Working HoursThis is a part-time role.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
4 hours per day
You will be calling UK-based leads, so strong and clear English communication is essential.
Your Core RoleYour main objective is simple.
Speak with leads and book qualified appointments.
Daily responsibilities include:
Making outbound calls using our CRM dialer
Speaking with leads and booking qualified calls
Following up with warm leads
Managing and updating leads inside the CRM
Nurturing prospects who are not ready yet
Communicating daily results and feedback
Performance ExpectationsThis is a high-activity role. You should be comfortable with:
Making 300+ outbound calls per day
Booking 12 qualified calls per day on average
Handling rejection and continuing to dial consistently
Following scripts while still thinking independently
Maintaining consistent follow-up with leads inside the CRM

Able to speak clear, professional English
Highly coachable and open to feedback
Independent and disciplined working remotely
Comfortable with sales conversations
Motivated by commissions and performance
Experience in sales or appointment setting is helpful but not required if you have the right attitude.
CompensationBase pay: $3 per hour
Plus:
Commission for booked appointments
Additional bonuses for strong performance
