Role Description

This is a full-time, on-siteAppointment Setter role based in New Cairo. The Appointment Setter will handle daily tasks such as scheduling leads appointments, calling new leads right away, and following up with potential and existing leads. They will ensure clear and professional communication, while providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, busy team environment
• Previous experience in the fitness or wellness industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and CRM tools is a plus
• Must have English C1-C2.
• Must be okay with rotational days off.

This role is NOT for undergrads!

Salary range: 20k to 30k+
