Role Description

As a Commercial Partnerships Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing a portfolio of existing accounts. This is a high impact, full-time role that combines new business development with strategic account management. You will act as both a trusted advisor and a commercial driver, ensuring clients achieve value while expanding Klip's presence in the market.

Core Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across key industries including Real Estate, Healthcare, and Retail to generate a strong sales pipeline.
  • Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Solution Selling: Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and deliver tailored product demonstrations showcasing Klip's value proposition.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by building strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Drive additional revenue by introducing new features, products, and solutions aligned with client business goals.
  • Client Retention: Monitor account performance and engagement to ensure long-term client success and minimize churn.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate tracking of opportunities, forecasts, and activities using CRM tools.
  • Strategic Reviews: Lead regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate ROI, reinforce value, and secure renewals.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (SaaS, FinTech, or Digital Solutions preferred).

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision makers.

• Experience presenting software solutions and handling client objections effectively.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management.

• A consultative sales approach with a focus on solving business challenges.
