The post carries a
reduced and flexible teaching load, allowing time for professional development, mentoring, and gradual increase in responsibility as confidence and experience grow. As a startup school with fluctuating student numbers, the role exists primarily to
provide flexibility,supporthighqualityprovision, andmaintainstrongstafftostudentratios.
Keyresponsibilities- Supportthe delivery ofArabic,IslamicStudiesandKSAStudiesacross Early Years, Primary, and/or Secondary, depending on experience and school needs
- Work withnative and nonnativeArabicspeakers, either leading small groups orsupporting within the classroom
- Assistinsplitting classes, coteaching, or providingadditionalinclasssupportto allow effective differentiation
- Teach inmultigrade settings, with guidance and planningsupportfrom experienced colleagues
- UseArabicas the primary language of instruction, withEnglish used whereappropriate, particularly whensupportingnonArabicspeakers in Islamic Studies
- Align teaching withSaudi national curriculum requirementswhile working within the school'sInternational Baccalaureate (IB) framework
- Act with flexibility as student numbers and timetables evolve throughout the year
- Contribute positively to wider school life where needed, particularly when teaching hours are lower

Salary starts on 85.000 SAR/year. Final salary is based on relevant qualifications and experience. Accommodation is also provided as an additional benefit and included for staff at no additional cost.
