This is a full-time, on-site role for an Arabic Speaker - Real Estate Agent located in Dubai. Responsibilities include guiding clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties, assisting in property management, building strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. The agent will also utilize their expertise to provide a seamless and professional experience to clients. Daily tasks will include property viewings, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on the Dubai real estate market.

• A valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of real estate regulations and processes
• Proven experience in Real Estate and Sales practices
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust
• Familiarity with Real Property management and market analysis
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using real estate software tools and technology is an advantage
