Arabic-Speaking Graphic & Web Designer

Location: UAE | Full time | Remote | WFH

It's an exciting time at 8billionideas, and we're looking for a creative, confident Arabic-speaking Graphic & Web Designer to join our growing Design team.

We're on a mission to empower young people globally, and design plays a key role in how we bring that to life. As we continue to grow in the region, we are looking for someone who can design confidently in both English and Arabic, ensuring our content is culturally relevant, engaging, and high quality.

About the Role

As a Designer at 8billionideas, you'll work closely with our Commercial and Product teams to deliver high quality creative across both digital and physical touchpoints.

You will play a key role in supporting Arabic language design needs across campaigns, websites, and learning materials.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing creative assets in both English and Arabic across web, social media, and events

• Ensuring accurate and culturally appropriate Arabic typography, layout, and formatting

• Building responsive, high performance web pages using no code tools

• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups

• Optimising websites for performance, accessibility, and usability

• Managing your time effectively and consistently meeting deadlines

• Collaborating cross functionally and keeping stakeholders aligned

• Presenting design work with confidence and clear rationale

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

• Strong understanding of Arabic typography, layout, and right-to-left design principles

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

• Experience with web design

• A strong portfolio showcasing bilingual (Arabic and English) design work

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Open to feedback with a continuous improvement mindset

Desirable

• Experience with Webflow or Framer

• Experience designing for education or youth audiences

• Ability to create short form video content

• Strong communication skills and confidence to take initiative
