About Your Team

Reporting to the Senior Architect, you'll join a site-based design coordination team working closely with draughtsmen, document controllers, project teams, and subcontractors to manage drawings, RFIs, and as-built documentation for this flagship project.

Your Role

As an Architect, you will:

• Review and act on IFC drawings, RFIs, and engineer instructions.
• Manage design changes, ensuring structural integrity and accuracy.
• Coordinate updates with draughtsmen for shop drawings and as-builts.
• Assist subcontractors in developing accurate documentation.
• Provide procurement teams with detailed material requirements.
• Support site teams with technical queries and ensure proper documentation flow.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of architectural experience in contracting companies, with a strong track record in high-end fit-out projects in the region.

Knowledge & Expertise:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat for design markup and review.

• Proven ability to manage drawing coordination in complex interior projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork across disciplines.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage workload efficiently.
