Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Architect to join our design consultancy team. The

successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and reviewing architectural BIM models and drawings across various project stages. The role requires strong architectural knowledge, advanced BIM/Revit capabilities, and experience

working within multidisciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit in
• accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Prepare architectural drawings, documentation, schedules, details, and
• construction documentation.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, façade, landscape, and
• other disciplines.
• Perform BIM model reviews, clash detection, and coordination using Navisworks
• and other relevant BIM tools.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project specifications, design
• standards, BIM Execution Plans, and company procedures.
• Review architectural designs and identify discrepancies, coordination issues,
• and constructability concerns.
• Support the development and implementation of BIM workflows, standards,
• templates, and families.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and other consultants
• to resolve design and coordination issues.
• Extract accurate drawings, schedules, quantities, and information from BIM
• models.
• Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings and provide technical
• BIM support.
• Maintain model integrity, naming conventions, worksets, shared coordinates,
• and project data.
• Assist in improving BIM processes and ensuring consistent model quality
• throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• 6 – 8 years of relevant architectural experience within a design
• consultancy environment.
• Strong experience in BIM-based architectural design and documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
• Good working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination
• workflows.
• Experience working on high-rise residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-
• use projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, detailing, and
• construction documentation.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and model development requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
