About the Role
We are looking for an Architect to join our on-site team in Riyadh. Reporting to the Senior Architect, you will ensure the delivery of design intent throughout construction, working at the front line of quality control and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Review shop drawings, samples, and material submissions for compliance.
- Carry out site inspections and document progress against design.
- Respond to RFIs with accurate and timely clarifications.
- Support coordination workshops with contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor workmanship and detailing to uphold design quality.
- Collaborate with project managers and consultants to resolve day-to-day site issues.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture.
- 5 years of professional experience, ideally including site-based project roles.
- Solid understanding of construction detailing and processes.
- Ability to read and review technical/shop drawings.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Regional or international project exposure is a plus.
