I am recruiting for a talented Concept Design / Design Development Architect on behalf of a dynamic real estate development company based in Dubai. This role focuses on the critical transition from initial concept to detailed design development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative architectural concepts and design strategies.
- Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
- Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product
- Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
- Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
Technical Requirements:
- Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in an architectural studio, and 4+ years in Dubai, UAE.
- Software: Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and [Rhino/SketchUp].
- Expertise: Proven track record in Concept Design and Design Development stages.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of building codes and construction standards in Dubai.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong visual communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to solve complex spatial and technical design problems.
- Highly organized with the ability to meet project deadlines.
