Architect

• Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously from planning to execution.
• Produce high-quality concept, schematic, and detailed designs for residential, commercial, and retail projects, maintaining strict quality control.
• Lead the design process from initial concept through contract documentation.
• Collaborate in design charrettes, prepare presentation visuals, and present to clients.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international codes (e.g., Dubai Municipality).
• Compile schedules of materials and finishes; attend site meetings and inspections.
• Manage authority submissions and approvals (DM, DDA, Nakheel, Trakhees, DCD, RTA, Civil Aviation, Dubai South, etc.).
• Maintain strong client and vendor relationships, handling meetings and email communication.
• Perform additional tasks or special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements to Apply

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's Degree is an advantage).
• Licensed Architect (preferred).
• Minimum of 46 years of relevant architectural experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead design role.
• Proven track record in concept design, schematic and detailed design across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Strong experience in Dubai or UAE-based projects, including authority coordination and approvals.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe
• Creative Suite, and other visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations, including DM, DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel,
• DCD, RTA, Dubai South, etc.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows is a plus.
