Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to design, plan, and oversee the development of building projects from concept through completion. The Architect will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to create functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing designs while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and project requirements.

* Responsibilities

:Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed construction drawings

.Prepare plans, specifications, and technical documentation for building projects

.Create 2D and 3D models, renderings, and presentations using architectural design software

.Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers

.Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, safety standards, and sustainability requirements

.Review project feasibility, site conditions, and environmental considerations

.Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources throughout the design and construction phases

.Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained

.Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material specifications

.Resolve design issues and provide technical guidance during project execution

.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices

* Qualifications & Requirement

s:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectur

e.Proven experience in architectural design and project managemen

t.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM software, and Adobe Creative Suit

e.Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and regulation

s.Excellent design, analytical, and problem-solving skill
