About the Client:

An established fit-out service provider and contracting firm to the F&B and hospitality industry in UAE.

Job Description:

Develop conceptual designs, space plans, and detailed architectural shop drawings that align with client requirements.

Prepare and present detailed architectural working drawings for client approval, ensuring all design aspects are covered.

Work closely with clients, designers, suppliers, and fabricators to address and resolve design issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide design layouts, technical solutions, and clarifications to clients, suppliers, and subcontractors during project execution.

Review and check all submitted drawings to ensure they align with tender and IFC design drawings, coordinating with the project team to address any construction-related design queries.

Qualifications:

Bachelorâs degree in Architecture or related field

At least 3-5 years of UAE experience in the similar role in interior fit out

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Valid UAE driverâs license to visit project sites when needed
