Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Abu Dhabi. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, creating detailed plans, and ensuring that design concepts meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements. Daily activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, preparing drawings and specifications, and overseeing design integration with related systems. The role also involves participating in project planning, monitoring progress against timelines, and addressing design or technical issues that arise during implementation. The Architect is expected to maintain high quality standards, adhere to local building codes, and contribute to continuous improvement of design and delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with experience in concept development, detailed planning, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess experience in Software Development and Integration, with the ability to align architectural solutions with related technical systems when required.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management capabilities, including coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• Relevant degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local building regulations, codes, and standards in the UAE.
• Proficiency in architectural design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality.
