Architect

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically capable Architect to develop and deliver architectural designs that balance functionality, aesthetics, technical requirements, and project objectives. The role involves contributing to the full design process, from concept development and design documentation to coordination and project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing architectural concepts, design proposals, layouts, and planning solutions based on project requirements.
• Preparing architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, details, and presentation materials.
• Developing design concepts into practical and technically coordinated architectural solutions.
• Conducting space planning, design studies, material selections, and design development as required.
• Producing high-quality presentations, 3D models, renderings, and visual materials.
• Coordinating architectural designs with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and other relevant disciplines.
• Reviewing drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with design intent.
• Incorporating client feedback, technical requirements, and regulatory considerations into design development.
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers, clients, and project teams throughout the design process.
• Conducting site visits and supporting the resolution of design and technical issues during project implementation.
• Ensuring architectural documentation complies with applicable building codes, regulations, standards, and project specifications.
• Maintaining organized project drawings, documentation, revisions, and design records.

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, construction methods, and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural design software.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering, and BIM software such as Revit, SketchUp, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong creative ability with excellent design judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and technical drawings.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, construction techniques, and architectural specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines.
