About the role:

Architecture will be responsible for managing and coordinating all architectural technical aspects of luxury villas and residential property projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can bridge design intent with execution, ensure compliance with codes and standards, and facilitate seamless coordination between design, engineering, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate architectural design and technical documentation across projects.
• Review and validate drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support during construction phases.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of design changes and approvals.
• Drive process improvements and ensure efficient design coordination workflows.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or architectural engineering.
• 15-20 years of experience in architectural coordination within contracting or consultancy firms.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and UAE regulations.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
