Role Overview:

To support the design team by preparing accurate architectural drawings and producing high-quality 3D visualizations using industry-standard software, ensuring all deliverables meet project requirements and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings and detailed plans based on design requirements.
• Develop 3D models and visualizations for architectural projects.
• Produce high-quality renderings and presentations using visualization tools.
• Coordinate with architects and other disciplines to ensure accurate and coordinated drawings.
• Modify and update drawings based on project requirements and feedback.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
• Support BIM processes and contribute to model coordination when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architectural Drafting or equivalent.
• Proven experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualization.
• Proficiency in AutoDesk software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong experience in 3ds Max, D5 Render, and BIM tools.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and detailing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
