Role Description:
To improve the company’s market position and achieve financial growth. This position defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, works with local municipalities/governmental agencies for building codes, works with Architect and Real Estate Developers for specifying EFG Glass Products, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals, and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve the sales, profit, and growth targets for trade for assigned territory.
- Build relationships with architects and specifiers aligned with the commercial marketing strategy to secure product specifications for upcoming projects.
- Internal product and technical training.
- Develop the customer service proposition to support the brand strategy.
- Implement specification/sales strategies to achieve both long- and short-term goals.
- Deliver marketing and promotion activity within the segment maximizing revenue for EFG.
- Deliver professional product/system presentations to trade customers while developing working relationships with important customers.
- Provide market intelligence/feedback on required new product development and product enhancements.
- Maintain a sales pipeline for New Residential growth and grow a portfolio of important accounts.
- Generate new leads and as well as maintain existing ones.
- Work with Governmental Agencies / Municipalities for Developing / Proposing Changes for Existing Building Codes / New Building Codes.
- Identify opportunities for new product development and work with the R&D Team & finance team to add new products to the existing product portfolio.
- Work with Technical / Operations Teams to enhance the Operations efficiency to improve profitability.
- Identify and work with relevant Teams / External Agency for developing web-based tools/calculators in line with Market needs.
- Represent the Company in Trade Shows / Exhibitions and do presentations about EFG & its Products.
- Make Monthly Reports to Senior Management.
- Creating and delivering presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduate
- UAE National with a family book.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.
Experience: Experience in a similar architectural specification and/or business development role.
Language skills: Written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
