Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh as an Architectural Foreman. The role involves overseeing daily construction activities, supervising onsite teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing equipment and materials, as well as identifying and resolving any construction-related challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and task delegation
• Experience with Heavy Equipment operations and maintenance
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Carpentry and structural building techniques
• Solid understanding of Maintenance practices and procedures
• Ability to interpret and execute architectural plans effectively
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce them on site
• Prior experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role is a plus
