China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is recruiting Architectural Manager/Sr. Architect to join our technical team in a newly awarded High Rise Tower Project in Dubai, UAE.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing designs, drawings, specifications, BOQ & modifications required to suit to prevailing site conditions .
- Reviewing packages & coordinating with subcontractors for all technical queries & highlighting discrepancies pre & post tendering.
- Managing a team of structural & architectural draughtsman for preparation of shop drawings.
- Coordinating with MEP requirements .
- Receiving of material indents from site, analyzing the requirement & submission for approval.
- Evaluating & determining appropriate construction delivery systems & most cost effective plans for the project completion .
- Overseeing the selection of contractors & consultant to complete specific pieces of the project.
- Reviewing & preparing Method of Statements and submitting to consultant.
- Attending Weekly Progress meeting with the Client and Consultant and resolve critical issues.
- Liaising with Sub Contractor, contractors , consultants & Suppliers and coordinating for all the technical Requirements & obtaining clearances.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Architect
- 8+ years of relevant experience
