Ambatt Contracting & Real Estate Development is seeking an Architectural Site Engineer to join our Quality and Site Audit team, supporting on-site supervision and execution monitoring across our projects.

Job Title

Architectural Site Engineer QA/QC & Audit Project Location: Al Madinah Al Munawara Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site walks and field audits to inspect executed works.

Review construction works against approved architectural drawings and technical specifications.

Identify, document, and report site observations and non-conformities.

Record audit findings using Excel-based reports with proper photo documentation.

Follow up on corrective actions and verify proper closure of observations.

Support site supervision and architectural execution monitoring.

Monitor actual site progress and report deviations compared to the project schedule.

Coordinate with site teams and management regarding technical observations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

Minimum of 2 years of site experience.

Strong ability to read and understand architectural drawings and execution details.

Good knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and finishing works.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.
