Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Senior BIM Coordinator specializing in architecture. The responsibilities include managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams such as Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), and overseeing architectural designs to ensure seamless project delivery. Additional tasks include collaborating with project managers to meet timelines and ensuring adherence to project requirements and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools
• Strong background in Architecture and understanding of MEP systems
• Experience in Project Management and leading interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Cairo
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Min 15 Years of experience.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus
• Professional certifications in BIM or related areas are advantageous
