We are looking for a highly skilled and creative 3D Architectural Visualizer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality visual content realistic architectural renderings, animations to help bring our design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality photorealistic 3D visualizations for architectural and interior projects.
Develop still images, animations, and 360 panoramas for presentations and client reviews.
Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and concepts to build accurate and detailed 3D models.
Develop and produce 3D models concept to final output.
Optimize rendering settings and workflows to improve efficiency and visual quality.
Stay updated on the latest AI workflows, tools, and visualization techniques.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in architectural visualization.
Expert knowledge of industry-standard software such as:
o 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer
o Revit, Sketchup
o D5 Render or any similar real-time engine Twinmotion/Lumion/Unreal Engine
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid understanding of architecture, lighting, materials, and composition.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong artistic sense.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
