Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Architecture Engineer - Technical Office. The Architecture Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing shop drawings, managing bills of quantities (BOQ), and handling quantity surveying. They will collaborate with civil and electrical engineers to manage technical office operations, including ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Responsibilities also include providing technical support and ensuring efficient documentation and communication within project teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical office from 3 years to 7 years
- experience in woods from 2 years to 5 years
- Expertise in preparing and reviewing Shop Drawings and BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Strong knowledge in Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering principles and practices
- Experience in Quantity Surveying and cost estimation
- Proficient in technical documentation, and ability to ensure adherence to project specifications
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Relevant degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with software tools and platforms used in architectural and engineering tasks
- Previous experience in a similar technical office engineer role is a plus
