HMMR Construction is looking for 2 Architectural Technical Office Engineers to join its project team in the North Coast.

HMMR is an Egyptian construction and civil engineering company working across construction, industrial projects, infrastructure, clean-room projects, and specialized contracting, including projects within the pharmaceutical sector.
Project Location: Sidi Heneish, North Coast
Company Location: 6th of October City – Palm Villa Compound
Contract Type: Project-based
Project Duration: 8 months, renewable
Vacancies: 2
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings.
- Review architectural drawings, details, specifications, and BOQs.
- Prepare and follow up on technical and material submittals.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and site requirements.
- Provide technical support to the site team and resolve architectural issues.
- Ensure technical documents comply with project requirements and approved drawings.
- Assist with as-built drawings and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 3–5 years of experience in an Architectural Technical Office role.
- Strong experience in Shop Drawings and architectural detailing.
- Good knowledge of construction and finishing works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
