Role Description

We are seeking an Area Manager for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in a full-time role. The selected individual will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and managing relationships with clients, partners, identifying new opportunities, and creating strategic plans to meet sales targets. This includes coordinating with internal teams to provide customized solutions, preparing detailed sales reports, and staying informed about market trends and competitive offerings. The candidate will also participate in industry events and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and account management, particularly in the security, communication, or critical solutions industries
• Strong knowledge of customer relationship management, pipeline building, and strategic sales planning
• Familiarity with Intelligent critical communications solutions, as well as safety and security solutions for sectors like Building Security and Energy
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies
• Willingness to travel within KSA and occasionally beyond, as required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent skill in Arabic speaking with high proficiency in English language is must
