Area Manager - Kuwait

We are hiring an experienced Area Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple fast-food outlets for an international fast-casual franchise brand in Kuwait. The role focuses on operational excellence, cost control, profitability, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure smooth and efficient performance

Analyze sales performance and profitability, and implement improvement strategies

Control operating costs, budgets, and cost of goods

Manage manpower planning, staff movement, and vacation schedules

Oversee inventory control and stock movements across all locations

Coordinate with training teams on succession planning

Supervise store-level marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions

Review customer feedback and operational performance data

Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports

Utilize financial data to improve operational efficiency and profitability

Requirements:

Minimum 7+ years of management experience in fast-casual or fast-food operations

Proven experience managing multiple locations

Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Solid knowledge of health & safety standards, inventory management, and cash control procedures

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
