About the Role
Oversees services like cleaning, security, landscaping, and reception, ensuring high-quality delivery through vendor management, staff leadership, budget control, and compliance with health and safety standards. Developing and implementing strategies for soft services that align with the facility's overall objectives and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating both in-house staff and outsourced teams to ensure efficient service delivery, including creating shift rosters and providing guidance.
- Ensuring consistent application of operational standards, managing service quality, and overseeing day-to-day operations of soft services like cleaning, waste management, and front desk services.
- Preparing and managing budgets for soft services operations, ensuring effective allocation of resources and optimal cost-efficiency.
- Oversee relationships with third-party contractors and vendors, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and performance targets.
- Ensure all soft service operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper handling of materials and use of equipment.
Professional experience
- At least 5–10 years of progressive experience in facilities management soft services required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is must
