Job purpose:
Responsible for organizing a smooth and positive customer trip across all contact points. This includes benefiting from technology and data to enhance customer satisfaction, manage communication centers, and push strategic initiatives to customers in line with the company&aposs goals.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing the operational plans for the region and contributing to building operations strategies for the region and supervising the implementation of the works that take place within the branches of the region and the region that it supervises.
- Management of pivotal and supportive operations to rent vehicles in the region, supervision of operation, maintenance, purchases and warehouses, sales (individuals and business), and joint services in the region. And the administration of the region to achieve the company&aposs goals and expand its market share. Supervising the financial performance of the region, daily operations, and strategic development to achieve the expected success of the region.
- Prepare periodic reports on the work of the region and the region and submit proposals and recommendations to improve performance.
Job functions:
- Work to maximize the income of the region and achieve the planned revenues in the approved estimated budget and reduce expenditures to achieve the profitable goals of the region and the region.

- Study customer satisfaction levels in the region and work to improve customer experience, and work to implement new accredited procedures that improve the percentage of customer satisfaction in the future.
- The supervision of operations that determine the needs and requests of the region within the supervision area, and work to meet them in coordination with the operations sector and other departments.
- It is supervised by the provision of all documents, licenses, and approved legal and governmental records, and it is confirmed that government records and licenses for the region and the region are renewed.
- Coordination with the Marketing and Public Relations Department regarding brochures, posters and propaganda materials in the region&aposs branches.
- Electronic requests submitted by employees through the technical resource system were approved and sent to the concerned according to the approved procedures.
- Participate in the evaluation of the annual and quarterly employees performance in addition to the evaluation of new employees during the experiment period.
- Work to determine the demand in the region, and to follow the operational movement for each branch in the region, in addition to the number of cars in each branch.
- Work to improve the performance of the region by proposing new procedures.
- The supervision of training supervisors and employees according to the training plan approved in the budget and proposed training programs that contribute to improving business efficiency in the region and the region.
Requirements for the job:
Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
Project management, development and planning, analysis, sales, English language, computer skills, professional communication, quick response.
