Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple branches and the production facility, ensuring smooth operations, high service quality, and adherence to company standards.
The role includes managing staff performance, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and improving operational efficiency. The Area Manager will also be responsible for analyzing performance data, preparing reports, and implementing strategies to enhance overall business performance.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry (restaurants or cafes)
• Previous experience as Area Manager, Assistant Manager, or Operations Supervisor
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Hands-on experience in managing daily operations (field-based role)
• Ability to analyze operational data and prepare performance reports
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be currently based in Alexandria
